Our beef cheeks are grass-fed beef from Australia, young prime grade. Beef Cheeks are the cheek muscle of cows and as expected, they are a very tough cut of meat from all the chewing. Beef cheek cut needs to be cooked long and slow to make it extremely tender. It is an absolute pleasure when braised as beef cheeks absorbs the flavours of braising liquid well. The result of the beef cheek will be stringy when cut, almost like pulled beef.
