Thinly Sliced 2-3mm thickness most suitable for any noodle soup missing sliced beef like your home cook pho or beef noodle soup! Rump with the rump cap is also known as Picanha. Coated with a fat cap on top of the cut gives a mouthful of beefy flavour. Full of flavour and tender even when dropped into soups, roasted or stir-fried.
