Chicken Iftar Bundle (4-5 pax)
Chicken Iftar feast that can be served within 10-15 minutes! All your Iftar favourite local dishes like Ayam Masak Merah, rendang chicken, chicken dendeng, fragrant lemang and sambal tumis that are all truly the best accompaniment for a table full of feast.
A few simple steps away from preparing a meal for 4-5 pax, just remove from the freezer, heat them up and set your table for a feast for you and your family.
x2 Ayam Masak Merah 500g
x2 Rendang Chicken 400g
x2 Lemang 500g
x1 Chicken Dendeng 500g – 10-12 pieces per packet
x1 Sambal Tumis 300g
Ayam Masak Merah 500g
Thaw before use. Boil in water for 8-10 minutes. Do not remove from inner cooking bag. Plastic is food grade heat resistant or remove the content into a pot and heat up for 10 minutes.
Rendang Chicken 400g
Thaw to room temperature. Boil: Bring a pot of water to boil. Turn off the heat and place the Rendang Chicken (with the pack) into the pot, cover with a lid and leave it for 8-10mins or remove the content into a pot and heat up for 10 minutes
Put the heat resistant bag with the lemang into pre-boiled water at 100 degrees celcius for about 12-15 mins.
Chicken Dendeng 500g – 10-12 pieces per packet
Thaw before use. Remove the content and you can bbq, pan fry, bake or microwave.
Sambal Tumis 300g
Thaw before use. Remove the content into a bowl and heat up in the microwave for 1 few minutes.
