Halal certified Mala Chicken Dendeng
Ingredients: Dendeng (Chicken dendeng), chicken, mala seasoning
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C, place in oven with baking tray for 5 to 8 minutes or until heated evenly for every piece
Barbecue: Roast the meat and turn occasionally for 1-2 minutes on each side, until a crispy BBQ outer layer has been achieved on each piece.
Pan Fry: Fry each individual piece of Dendeng over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side (oil not required).
