A traditional dish that have almost been forgotten, Lemang is a Malay and Minangkabau traditional food that is made from glutinous rice, coconut milk and salt. It is traditionally cooked in a hollowed bamboo tube coated with banana leaves that gives that awfully fragrant smell and flavour in Lemang.

Lemang pairs very well with rendang and curry beef, mutton or chicken.
Blast frozen and ready to eat sides, serves 1-2 pax!

Suggested cooking method:
Put the packed lemang into preboiled water at 100 degrees celcius for about 15 mins.
