Chicken Dendeng (Chicken Bak Kwa) with a kick of spice. Tasty, power-packed spices like Star Anise, Cloves, Chinese Cinnamon and Sichuan peppers grilled with Chicken to give rise to glistering rich and fragrant Halal Chicken Bak Kwa. Our Kampong Flavour’s Dendeng is savoury with a hint of spicy sweetness, bringing back traditional flavours with a refined taste.

Dendeng originates from Indonesia, it is also a dish commonly eaten during Eid, weddings, special occasions and even everyday eating.

Halal Certified Chicken Dendeng / Halal Chicken Bak Kwa
10-12 pieces per packet

Ingredients: Chicken, Five Spice, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Honey, Chilli and Salt.

Note:
Product is frozen and needs to be reheated before consumption.

Heating Instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C, place in oven with baking tray for 5 to 8 minutes or until heated evenly for every piece

Barbecue: Roast the meat and turn occasionally for 1-2 minutes on each side, until a crispy BBQ outer layer has been achieved on each piece.

Pan Fry: Fry each individual piece of Dendeng over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side (oil not required).
