Boiled Beef Liver with Sambal Tumis
Kampong Flavour’s Traditional Raya favourites boiled beef liver paired with our flavourful slightly sweet and spicy fragrant sambal tumis.
Great for sharing between 2-3 pax and the extra sambal tumis goes heavenly with our Pandan coconut rice.
x1 500g Boiled beef liver
x1 300g Sambal Tumis
Sambal Tumis 300g
Thaw before use. Remove the content into a bowl and heat up in the microwave for 1 few minutes.
Boiled beef liver 500g
Thaw before use. Bring a pot of water to boil. Turn off the heat and place the boiled beef liver (with the pack) into the pot, cover with a lid and leave it for 5 mins or to your desire texture.
