Lamb Osso Bucco with Mashed Potato Ready Meal
Our Im Chef Lamb Osso Bucco is the perfect dish for spicing up your causal meals to a fancier candle light dinner without having to cook up a storm in your kitchen; for lazier days. Cooking made simple with our blast frozen food that retains freshness in our products.
Heating Instructions: Thaw the lamb shank, sauce and mashed potato to room temperature.
Lamb shank: Put into pre-heated oven and bake at 180 degree celcius for 10mins. Mashed potato and sauce: Bring a pot of water to boil. Turn off the heat and place mashed potato and sauce (with the pack) into the pot, cover with a lid and leave it for 5-10mins. Plate and serve!
