Black Pepper Sauce
For those who cannot handle spice too well, fret not! Our Chinese Black Pepper Sauce has a mild to moderate spice level, with a peppery and sweet flavour that will surely entice your taste buds. With a flavour that develops after every taste, this thick yet smooth sauce can be used as a marinade or dipping sauce for your meats and finger food respectively. For a lighter and more aromatic sauce, consider diluting the sauce with stock/dairy.
Instructions for sauces: Take out from freezer and leave to thaw for 10mins to room temperature. Alternatively put in hot water to heat it up.
