Our sweet and sour sauce enhances the flavours of the meat with a tangy and fruity flavour. It also adds a touch of spiciness, which gives the complementary dish a robust and complex taste.

Sealed in plastic with high heat propensity [up to 120°C]
Instructions for sauces: Take out from the freezer and leave to thaw for 10mins to room temperature. Alternatively put in hot water to heat it up. Can be microwaved [1 min]
